Shipping policy

Orders are packed carefully before shipment. Fulfillment can take up to 5 business days depending on the product, order size, and current processing volume.

Moose Peptides currently ships within Canada only. After fulfillment, express shipping usually takes about 2 business days, though final carrier timing can vary by destination, weather, holidays, carrier  volume, and remote or rural address conditions.

Standard shipping is $15. Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. Tracking details are emailed once the order has been packed and fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Moose Peptides is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
